Parkgate Community Church - Sharing the good news and building believers!

Pastor R.W., his wife Joy and their children Caleb and Madeline came to Parkgate in August 2007. R.W. grew up outside of Lansing, MI and attended Anderson University after high school where he graduated with a BA in Christian Ministry with specialized focus on Christian Education. Before coming to Parkgate, R.W. served as Pastor of Student Ministry in congregations in Indiana and Ohio. R.W. and Joy were married in May 1999. Joy, who also graduated from Anderson University with a BA in Elementary Education, is on staff at Lomax Elementary School with La Porte ISD where she teaches 2nd grade. Caleb joined the family in 2002 and Madeline in 2004. Together the Moody family enjoys camping and hockey—especially the Detroit Red Wings!
